Day of is more than just showing up the day of the event. We will begin working together once the venue and the majority of the vendors have been confirmed. We will review all of the contracts and your expectations of each vendor. After this meeting you will have officially passed the BATON and we will be the vendor’s main contact moving forward. We will create a detailed, minute-to-minute timeline that we will use to orchestrate every detail on the Day Of.
Day of Plus is our most popular approach to planning. We will work with you from the beginning by creating an overall timeline and budget. The next step is to help you select the perfect vendors. We will step in a minimum of one month prior to coordinate all of the details in the coming weeks and will arrive on the Day Of with our team.
